latest hats

I gave away the hats that I had made for my baby at the hospital to two moms taht I met there.. they were too small for my baby's head! well one was, the other one was meant for a boy.. so I gave it to a little boy.

These are my latest hats, I made the kitty one for my little girl's friend's birthday, and the monkey hat was for a new friend ;)



the lastphoto is of my three babies ;) the youngest is a month old now

why I have been away

I had a baby girl a month ago, she came in the middle of chaos and after a scary fall... But we had a very happy ending, she is ok, and as beautiful as my last two ;) whom are very happy to have a baby sister!

Apple Hat and Mashroom hat for my kids - Crochet

I made these two hats for my munchkins to make them feel special for the upcoming event in our family ;) ( I am about to have a baby ) plus i was trying to cheer up my sick little guy who's been on the couch for a week with a horrible cough and bronchitis.

I am proud of this hat because I did it with out a pattern, which I normally totally depend on.

Baby Crochet Hats - Gorritos para Bebes

I made 2 hats for my baby who is due.. well any day now ;) we don't know what it is so I made a pink one in case that it is a girl and a blue one in case that it is a boy. The multicolored hat on this photo is for my friend's baby girl, to match her little mittens ;)

EN ESPANOL: Hice estos gorritos para mi bebe que nace en estos dias, no sabemos que va a ser... asi que hice un rosadito y un celestito. El gorrito multicolor es para la bebe de una amiga para que haga juego con sus guantecitos ;)

New Crochet Hats! Nuevos Gorritos echos a crochet

I made these two first hats for a friend from college's little boy and little girl.. but my own two want to keep the candy corn hat, so I either replace it or let them keep it and keep my friend waiting ;)

Then the monkey hat is for a friend of a friend's ;) not a kid but a kid at heart.

Birthday Hat!

I bought this lovely hat pattern from Etsy: to make it for my mom on her birthday. ( I know I said I would not buy any more patterns, but this one I could not figure out on my own.. and besides it was for my mamam )

Here she is with my 5 1/2 year old who had to run and find his red hat to match his grandma ;)

My Snow Man Hat - Mi gorrito de hombre de nieve

ENGLISH:I have been admiring beautiful snow man hats in Etsy.. dreaming of buying the patterns.. but those days are gone, I can't afford to do that any more, and I have been crocheting for a year now so I should be able to figure them out on my own right?
Right... well here is my attempt at mimicking some of those talented ladies at Etsy ;)
My own version of the snowman hat, with a few changes to make it my own ;)

ESPANOL: He estado admirando gorritos de hombre de nieve en Etsy.. sonnando con el dia que pudiera comprar los patrones para hacerlos.. Pero como no puedo estar comprando mas alli, y ademas ya tengo un anno crocheting, decidi intentar hacer mi propia version del gorrito ;) Asi que aqui esta mi gorrito de hombre de nieve, modelado por mis dos ninnos y dos de sus amiguitas ;)

Things I made over Christmas - Cosas que hice esta navidad

I made these hats for different friends as presents and the red one is a special Birthday present for one of my kids'bestfriend ;)I also made those flower hair clips that you see on my little girl for her and for most of her little girlfriends.

Hice estos gorritos para los amiguitos de mis dos ninnos, y el rojo era un regalo de cumpleannos para una ninna qeu mis hijos quieren mucho. Tambien hice esos prensapelitos de flores para mi ninna y sus amiguitas.
