New Projects to come

I am working on new projects which I can show off in a few days, right now the whole family is sick. I think i have an ear infection, I know I have a sinus infection ... oh the drama! ;) I can't wait to feel better to get creative and enjoy my nights while tole painting or sewing or knitting again.

Fifi Rock for Maiah

I did this little Fifi rock for my friend's little girl Maiah, who also happens to be one of Danielita's best friends, they have grown up together, I am not charging for them any more, I am doing them for fun once again.. ;)

Get Better poster

The little boy from across the street who we used to see pretty often not too long ago was just diagnosed with cancer on the kidney, this Monday he had surgery to remove the kidney and the cancer. The surgery went well ;) I am very happy about that, here is the little part that my children and other children that know the little guy did to cheer him up ;) a Get Better soon poster.

Finished Chair

I have been working on this project for 8 months! no... not really... I just had to get my act together and actually do it, it was hard for me, being as lazy as I am.. and not having any energy left at night.. plus I got into knitting and sewing in between. One can get very distracted when a new craft becomes a fetish..



Any way! here it is, painted with acrylics, ' Fifi ' from ' Fifi and the Flowertots ' for one of my daughter's best friend. I also painted a rock for her, which I forgot to take a special photo of.





On other news, the little boy from across the street is having surgery on Monday, I have known him since he was 6 months old, he's been at my house pretty much every day until his mother and I had a fall out about 4 months ago, my children have missed him, this is very hard for me to find out how sick he is right now. You might not know him, but say a special little prayer for this sweet little boy.

At the moment I am painting a chair for a dear friend of mine, well for her little girl, who is one of my daughter's best friends ;) But since that is not done here are a few of my favorite photos of my babies and my fuzzy babies.. ;)
